They forced me to upgrade plans when I moved and called it a “transfer” and now they signed me up for DirecTV, which I never asked for and never would use. I read online a bunch of lawsuits have been filed against them. I’m calling them tomorrow morning to cancel my service. Hopefully they don’t give me the runaround but I’m not counting on it.

Every single one of these companies (AT&T, Comcast, Charter) that I've dealt with, uses the "BAIT & SWITCH" technique. Beware.
