Default Best way to aquire working capital???

We have a 1 1/2 year old company and are in need of a short term (6-8 month) loan in the $50K-$100K range for some working capital. We are flexible in the way that the loan could be secured (i.e. real estate) and would be willing to do a personal guarantee if needed.

Does anyone have any advise??? or credible companies?... It seems like there are so many scams out there.

We are Custom Home Builders.

When you say you are custom home builders, do you mean that you work only on contract-to-build jobs or that you also build spec homes? Also feel free to email me directly. I've got 25 years experience in this sort of issue

We do both (Contract to Build and Spec)... we only have 1 spec home right now, and that is being featured in the Denver Parade of Homes.
