Default Building row homes??
Has anyone built any row homes? I have some money burning a hole in my pocket. I have thought about buying some more S.F. rental properties. I have also thought about buying some land and putting a total of 10 row homes on for rentals? I am in the beginning stages of this. any input or direction would be great.

Maybe not a bad idea. Make them affordable. All these people losing their homes will have to go someplace.
