Too bad. Sears used to be the place to go when you needed something; work clothes, shoes, tires, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.

Why is that too bad (unless you own Sears stock)?

Sears is a walking corpse. It's a shame because they had the opportunity to be Amazon before Amazon.
