You’re wrong and your post is misleading. They can be 2 - 2.5x the personal income tax rate.

If my biz is earning anywhere in five figures and above, there's no way I wouldn't be incorporated. The choice of structure depends on a lot of factors. I'm lucky that my wife is a CPA, so she makes pretty good recommendations for me.
