Congrats!! I LOVE Sno Cones!! We have a local Snowie and we love going there every summer. My husband and I own a janitorial business and I do tupperware in my "spare time". You will love being your own boss, and yes get an accountant and save every receipt. Make a file at home just for your business too. My husband's next venture is packaging his salsa (made with roasted ingredients) and selling it at local health food stores. We are looking for a co packer right now.
