Congrats! Enjoy being your own boss. It's a lot of hard work, but worth it.

I own a maid business specializing in aromatherapy and green cleaning. The fun starts when you get employees working for you...take it from me. LOL

Congratulations! It's the most exciting time of life when you're hungry for it and you've got all the stress and excitement that comes along with taking the risk.

I'll second what a previous poster said: If I could do one thing over, it would be to have an accountant from the start. Taxes are your highest expense and you have to do everything you can to avoid them in any legal way possible.

Working for your self is better then working for some schlep at the expense of your own time and pride.

I discovered this back when I was 20. 30 years later and I never looked back. Some times I say I would rather hold a hat on a corner rather then working for some slob for $8/hr while they rake in the doe.

I'm in the confection business. Ninety-five years our family has been in business and we make 75 flavors of fudge. Congrats with your new venture. It's long hours but very fullfilling. Good Luck
