Default Wanting to open consignment shop-Michigan

Hi all, I am seriously thinking of opening a consignment shop. Was wondering if anyone who has done the same could give me some advice. Thanks ahead of time. I wouls really appreciate any help or info I can acquire.

What kind of questions do you have. I know people who have shops that are part consignment and part regular retail. The real question is do you want to run a business or is this more of a hobby pursuit? If it's a business, think hard and sharpen the pencils. You will be the one paying for the space, the heat, the taxes, the advertising, etc.

You should consider getting POS software designed to run a consignment shop. Have a look at ConsignmentTill from RJFSOFT.
