After 30 years in Commercial Credit I can tell you that most lenders will not give your business credit without a credit track record. So if you are in business only a short time you probably have nothing to offer in the way of credit history through your company. However, if you personally can personally guarantee that your company will repay you can then show a track record for future credit needs you may have.
