These are the best ones that I have found:

BizBuySell - The Internet's Largest Business for Sale Marketplace
Businesses for Sale | Business for Sale Listings | Buy A Business | Sell Your Business - BizQuest.com
Sell or Buy a Business Online - Businesses For Sale US
Businesses For Sale Listings, Buy Or Sell A Business Opportunity, Opportunities, Franchises | USABizMart

You can narrow your search by state and/or category.

Most Florida businesses are valued much greater than where they should be.

What kind of business are you looking for and is it because of a E2 visa?

Waiting until after the hurricane season is never a bad idea.

FYI - One thing to consider is due to the state insuring most of the highrisk areas now...when the next bigger hurricane hits you will likely see your business insurance costs go up AT least 10-20% for the forseeable future.
