Trying to start an online store (commission, wholesale, payment, advertise)

Can anybody please direct me on how to find a wholesaler online to order cell phone accessories? I am thinking about opening a kiosk in the the mall and/or eBay. However I have no idea where to get the merchandise. Please only respond with legit sites or resources. Thanks
