I wouldn't consider a thread that has been active for but a few days "dead",
maybe that is simply a knee jerk reaction to your need for instant gratification
(surprise!!) It may seem odd, but folks right now are not hanging on your postings,...there are a FEW more pressing issues at hand, which, BTW, dramatically affect your dreams...pay attention..

As to your smirky question of if I am losing my house?? NOPE !! Not in the least!!! Not any of them...

I OWN THREE, YES ,THREE HOUSES!!! Have for YEARS>>

And, have EQUITY too! (that means liquid able cash, since clearly you failed economics NJ Chutzpah) I have had rental properties for the last 12 plus years...In addition to my own residence

Perhaps you should be seeking instead, real time advise from seasoned property owners like myself, instead of making pathetic, obvious, and unsuccessful stabs at grandstanding to conceal an all too apparent attempt to appear more educated than you are...

But, you are who you are...maybe you will mature someday..Gosh, I sure hope so...

The correct verbiage would be "you must consider yourself to be very smart"
..and the substitution of the word 'intelligent" for "smart" would make you also appear so....

Pretty much misplaced pride, combined with stubbornness, defiance, and a general unwillingness to learn...

Do you think it has been worth it to rent? I have been looking at doing a business on the side and thought that buying some townhouses, duplexes, etc. and renting them might be interesting. Do you recomend it? Do you have horror stories about tenants you had to evict? That is what, I think, is holding me back.
