Thumbs up Lottery those american cars!!
One way the American car makers can get rid of inventory is a TV Lottery show for the American people. Anyone will buy a lottery ticket and be on tv for a car!!

That is gambling in most states unless done by a charity.

Not if it's done in a state where a lottery if lawful, like Florida. Anyone can purchase a ticket.

We have the lottery here in Texas but only the state can run a lottery;companies and individauls can't. Also charities can sell chances to drawings.
