Mr Reid called the Bill's collapse "a loss for the country", adding: "I dread looking at Wall Street tomorrow. It's not going to be a pleasant sight."

He is just a loser as a senate leader. he has had two years and accomplished nothing. I thnik he now needs to push a bill that give Obama 18 months to get oput of Iraq like he pushed time and time agin to make Bush.While he was doing that he failed to oversee anyhtig in the fianacials that is congressses job.
