I really can recall how many times I have heard Bush say teh same thing about small business. They have during the last decades created more jobs and brought more people welth than nay large business;but this is not new news at all.Seems that some people ahve not been paying much attention to the last few decades in small business that includes all races.

OneOfMany07 is on a distinguished road
But it is easier to target fixes to fewer people (aka bigger businesses) than to attempt to help thousands of separate people in diverse areas. Easier or Cheaper usually wins.
