Ecommerce businesses - how are you doing?
Hi, I'm new. I own an online, drop ship company, selling stringed instruments, sheet music, etc. Have had it in development for 15 years. And I'm doing okay, but it seems that lately, I'm getting a lot more returns of products, and people are much more careful about asking about products prior to purchase. People seem more suspicious.
Anybody else have this experience?
I did really well right before the holidays, then it dropped off, and it's picking up now, but the returns are killing me.
Also, if anyone knows of a forum for ecommerce business owners, I'd love to get the URL to that.
