A step ahead of the skyscrapers, the 100% Sinaloan company COVI, recently broke the ground on what will be the highest residential condominium tower in the region. It is on the shore in an area of high equity.
Torrenza condominiums will be located in the middle of the Golden Zone next to the Hotel Playa. It will consist of 2 magnificent 35 story towers and one will have a lobby bar and the other a floor exclusively for parking.
The two towers are named Milan and Florence. They will both feature 91 two and three bedroom units each. There will also be 4 penthouses with Jacuzzis in the main bedrooms each one with a supreme ocean view and a terrace.

If all goes well, Torrenza Condominiums will open in the middle of 2009. It will be built of the best materials such as marble, granite and stainless steel.

It seems like mazatlan is growing up fast. There´s been a lot of new real state advertisement going around. I have to say that Torrenza seems like a very good deal, i´ve read all this controversy regarding the project , everybody is entitled to their opinion, just make sure you have some substance to back it up with. I´m pro with this tower, very good!
