They got a bridge loan from Liberty Media.

This gets curiouser and curiouser. Two satellite TV companies battling each other for Sirius XM, while neither seems to want to get into the satrad business. Further, the "winner" will pay far more than the company is worth, and a "looser" might walk away with a hefty profit
