Default Types of business organizations & Credit Score

If you had really poor credit (recent bankruptcy) and were planning to start a business what business type would you create it under...LLC, Corporation, S Corp? Also do you know how a business's credit is rated? If I were to form a LLC would my personal credit score have any effect on the business credit score? I realize the business wouldn't necessarily have a score being a new business but lets say down the road once it does prove credit worthiness would my personal score effect securing loans or credit terms it any way? Thanks!
