I have been inundated with requests. I am sorry I won't be able to forward a copy anymore. I just can't keep up. Most of the people that have requested have gotten one. Please request a copy from them. It's pretty generic. My DH is actually doing handyman work in addition to the trash outs. It is more lucrative. He actually gets lots of phone calls from realtors who are about to close on a home but the home has some glitches found by the inspector. He then goes in and fixes them. Keeps him busy. Good luck to all of you. Being resourceful pays

Going rate $25 per man hour plus dumpster rental. This one guy does "trash out" debris clean up and is very successful. He does it up north somewhere. Makes about $75K year. He gave me a copy of his ad and I tweaked it a bit, put it up on craigslist with my husband's info and within 30 mins. he had a guy call!! He wanted to know how much my hubby would charge to clean out his rental property some people skipped out on and paint it! So it works. My husband will have to go and look at the property to see about how much to charge him (how much time he'll think it'll take, how many people he'll need and what size dumpster to rent). The guy told my husband that he called some other guy and the guy quoted him $500 for the clean out only. I think that sounds about right. Also, my husband's brother, who does bank foreclosures in Houston, said we need to contact the Realtors who do specialize in selling REO's bank owned properties. So my hubby will hit the streets tomorrow morning and take his flyer and business card with him to give out to realtors. If you want a copy of the flyer you can DM me and I will only give to people who are not in my area!! LOL

Hello there,
I've been also researching this whole house clean/trashout business. Your flyer and the response time sounded pretty good. I"m in Cleveland, OH. Would you mind sending me that flyer somehow.
Like you said we would not be competitors. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
Pmines

My husband & I started our foreclosure cleaning business after we saw the show on Oprah. It's a great business to do, the banks pay excellent for these services. It's hard work, but very rewarding. If you are looking to start a foreclosure cleanup business, get your business license and your also going to need to get general liability insurance if you don't already have it. Go to this website: http://www.dreamstreetinvestments.com they have an excellent foreclosure cleanup training guide and they even give you the bank contacts to get signed up with to start receiving the work from the banks. good luck with your new businesses
