Starting a Foreclosed Home Clean out Service (mortgage, invest, salary)

so my fiance got offered a position in Austin cleaning foreclosed homes but they want $3000 upfront to pay for all the supplies and electronics. They gave us there tax id number but I dont know how to gather any of info with that. Is this a new scam going around?

You can check the company name with the state if they have a tax ID number..Also check with the BBB and see if there are any complaints against them. You should NEVER pay a fee to just work for someone..

I would go to www.foreclosuresUS.com and get the names of the real estate agents who list those homes. They also know of homes not on the list, but will be in a week or so. They are usually working for the bank that has foreclosed on those homes and they can send to their contact for your business. All you need is one helpful real estate agent to start your business.

Sounds like it. Go to my reply. What I basically said if you he goes to www.foreclosuresUS.com and get the names of those realtors who list those homes. They are working directly for the banks that are foreclosing. They can put him in contact with their contacts at the banks who are foreclosing. All you need is one friendly realtor to help him. Save your $3000.
