Default Building Designs

I have multiple building design ideas, but have no use for them myself. Is there a way to sell these design ideas to others (like architects, businesses, etc.)?

You have ideas, but no actual plans? I highly doubt that you'll get anyone to pay money for ideas.

That question wasn't worded the best, my apologies. I have ideas right now, but want to get them into plans later (once I learn how to use the appropriate software). That being said, once I were to lay down some plans, how would I go about perhaps selling them to someone, or could I?

You could setup a booth in your front yard with a sign that says "Building plans for sell, only $X".

I'm still perplexed by your thought process. You have some ideas that you want to get on paper and then sell to a professional? Are you an architect or engineer? If not, there's almost no way that you're going to buy some design software, put together some concepts and sell them to a pro (or anyone else).
