Incorporated at Delaware as a general corporation. Trying to incorporate as general corp NJ but the state wants me to be specific. There are list of things "we" would love to do.
- List all of them or register each separately?
- One of these would be providing staffing services which would include professional services. I am registered/ license at the state of NJ so this isn't a problem.
- Can I use my general license from delaware to register a P.A (Professional Association) or a P.C ( Professional Corporation). I'm incline towards just incorporating as a plain staffing services.
