Red face Foreign incorporating question

Incorporated at Delaware as a general corporation. Trying to incorporate as general corp NJ but the state wants me to be specific. There are list of things "we" would love to do.
  1. List all of them or register each separately?
  2. One of these would be providing staffing services which would include professional services. I am registered/ license at the state of NJ so this isn't a problem.
  3. Can I use my general license from delaware to register a P.A (Professional Association) or a P.C ( Professional Corporation). I'm incline towards just incorporating as a plain staffing services.
