New here and need a little help (lending, profit, purchase)

Hi I have found a company that checks out and makes money in the midwest. My father and I would be running the company and together we have 30+ years expirence in the industry. It is a freight transportation company and have done everything that needs to be done, but we are having a rough time coming up with the money. The equipment is worth 295K not including the extra inventory of parts and office equipment. We need 200K to be used for the purchase of the company and working capital. You have found a profitable trucking company for sale in the Midwest?? I know this business well and would advise you to be VERY cautious. If you have 30 yrs of experience, you obviously know the industry as well. I would just double and triple check every facet of the business, especially in the current transportation market. There's a good reason why no one is lending money for people to get into trucking right now.
