i am european,i have a question.If you invented something,how can you obtain cheaper a patent in usa?A patent atorney hier asks around 8000 or more.

I have two patents in my name. Unfortunately it is an expensive process because of the searches to prove your patent isn't already covered by "prior art". There is also a considerable amount of leaglese that has to be inserted into the patent so that you are protected if the patent is ever contested. Once you have done all of this work, expect to wait years until the patent is actually granted.

Bottom line is the US patent system is thoroughly broken. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it except to take the lumps for dealing with it. Sometimes you can find a sponsor who will do this work for you if agree to share ownership.
