We (new incorporate organization) are going to make a new bank account under our inc name, my q is who should sign this incorporate accounts?

It should be someone you trust who is reliable and honest. Corporations can designate anyone they want to be a signatory on their bank account. The bank will have the forms necessary for you to designate who has authority to sign on the account.
