Default Question about my leasing company --

Hi, how can I find out if my current leasing company is operating legally and licensed here in the state of Colorado? There are lots of pending lawsuits against them (Leaf Financial). I have found out they are not registered through the secretary of state office. thanks

I'd say off the bat, if you have to ask, the answer is most likely no..

Call the secretary of state and get teh forms to register would be a good start.
