Hey there, does anyone know a good hotel that's connected to a mall? Like the Fantasyland Hotel is in West Edmonton Mall or the Four Seasons in Pacific Centre Vancouver?

I can't think of any Hotels that are actually connected to a mall. But if you stay downtown, you can +15 or walk 1 block to The Core.

Sorry, I should have provided some links for you...

The Core: CORE SHOPPING

Downtown Hotels: Hotel Booking Engine I would think the Fairmont, Hyatt & The Marriott are the closest to shopping.

You can get to TD Square/Scotia Centre from the Westin without going outside. Same with Sheraton Eau Claire.

But in the sense of being actually attached, no, there's nothing like that.

Thanks for the tips, guys!

Are there any hotels close to shopping centres outside the Downtown core?
Preferably along the Light Rail line?

The main malls would be Crossiron Mills, Chinook Centre and then Market Mall and Southcentre after that. Downtown slots somewhere around Chinook and Market Mall.

Chinook is near(ish) to the LRT. It's about a 3-4 block walk. Crossiron is out on the edge of town, so no chance really. Market Mall is nowhere near the train, and Southcentre is probably about 750m, to a kilometer from the station.

There's no hotels right by Chinook, but anything near the train will get you there eventually.

There are no malls connected to hotels like West Edmonton Mall. There is however a few hotels in the suburbs that are very close to malls and walking distance. Sometimes even across the street. There are a few hotels like that in the city that are close to malls. If you want something that's connected, the closest thing you can find is in downtown with the +15 Skywalk system from various hotels in downtown to TD Square mall.

The largest mall in the city is Chinook Centre. I am not sure about Crossiron Mills, does anybody know if Crossiron surpassed Chinook Centre yet? Either way the largest malls in the city are Chinook Centre, Crossiron Mills and Southcentre. My favorite would probably be Chinook. I don't like Crossiron Mills for some reason. It's too far and there's not many good stores imo. Market mall is a very nice 1 level mall. Southcentre I think is a very nice shopping mall with LRT close by.
