Probably won't resemble anything like downtown Calgary, but there is some expansion in the Quarry Park area. Imperial Oil is relocating from downtown to a Campus in this location. Exxon is doing a similar relocation North of Houston.

There will also likely be some additional development around the South Calgary Health Center.

Just wanted to add that it is wise to get to the park and rides before 7. This probably makes sense for most jobs, anyway.
