Any low humidity small town Nor Cal suggestions? (Sacramento, Roseville: appliances, purchases)

I am looking to relocate due to allergies and was hoping someone could help me with suggestions of small towns in Northern California with low humidity.

I need afternoon humidity at or below 50%(little wiggle room in Dec/Jan, but not much), good water, great scenery, friendly people, and plenty of public land in the area for hiking and camping. Liberal leaning is a plus, but not required by any means.

We'll gladly live in the middle of nowhere, we just need to be within an hour of a Headstart class, closer is better. There are more than you would think in rural Nor Cal, so don't let this requirement stop your suggestions. Our ideal location would be outside a tiny town, within 100 miles of a city large enough to have a selection for bigger purchases(appliances, cars etc), but we can stretch that for the right place.

The state of California does not get humid. I don't know where you're from, but my guess is you're from the midwest or east coast since you mentioned it. And if that is true, don't let anyone from CA tell you it's humid here! Loomis, Rocklin and Roseville seem like good places for you. Roseville has everything you need, but is much larger than Loomis (appx 7000 people) and Rocklin. They are all next to each other about 1/2 hour from Sacramento. Good luck!

There is ZERO humidty in Calif - everywhere

I like Roseville (cuz it's next to Sac) but the question is - do you like REALLY hot temps (still no humidty) in the summers?

What weather do you like?
