I don't think I've ever complained about California. When people are generally satisfied with where they're living then it's hard to make a huge issue out of daily annoyances that get to all residents of the USA.

On a sidenote, I encourage ALL Californians to visit the New (or just improved/renovated?) Oakland Museum of California. Very impressive place. I think a visit will make anyone PROUD to be from California- particularly the Bay Area. It'll remind anyone that's ever sought for something better, different, open, life changing, or to make better $$ with more opportunity why this state is really great. Well worth a free day of your time. You'll realize that history proves that California always ends up on top (even if you think differently now).

Throughout this poll, conservatives have led the complaint department.

I think that other posters have globalized my point.

Conservatives complain more than liberals, what they complain about is not nearly so important as why they complain more, and so vociferously.

That I have to leave to the shrinks.
That is a ridiculous, illogical, unfounded and self-serving conclusion.

Not at all, tis a fact you can verify, make your own count of who complains and why, then explain to the rest of us, why conservatives outweigh people in line at the CD complaint department.

I have no doubt in my mind the angriest people in the U.S. are on the right.
