Were in a heat wave this week. Todays high here is expected to hit 108 but this sat its predicted to peak at 78 degrees. What a difference!

I talked to a friend in johnstown, penna where it was 68 degrees yesterday. I told her it was 104 & she said "WTF". My first summer in so.ca was unbelievable. I never experienced such heat & dryness.

It rains alot in pa especially during the summer & i do miss summer rains. Its currently 74 degrees @ 5:29 am.

It's WONDERFUL here! 88 at the beach... clear skies, went flying yesterday and there wasn't that pesky marine layer and I could see for miles and miles down the coast.

Currently 108 in SW Fontana. But that's outside temp. In here it's a cool, dark cave.

People who live near the beach have been complaining because this summer has been the coolest\ most cloudy in many decades. It's a different world for the beach cities. It is intensely hot here in Pasadena today [over 100F for sure].

According to a personal weather station located on N. Wilson Ave one block North of the 210, today's high was 99.6, which is 100 in anyone's book.

It has been 78 here for nearly a year. I enjoy a few weeks of warmth. House was 80 when I got home at noon, opened it up and it is 84 inside now 4 hours later. Going for a dip in the pool in a few. I was out in Ontario today - 104. I love living 18 miles from the beach.
