I was looking at houses in San Diego and stumbled on this. I was amazed at the 6 car garages and wanted to share it with you guys!
5/3/6 3104 square feet(most likley living a/c feet) on half acre in San Diego county! They want $940k which comes to $303/foot. I have never seen a 6 garage house before! Have you?

Wow...Leave it up to a Californian to reach Psychotic proportions of Conspicuous consumption...

I could definately use a four car garage though:
2 or 3 for cars
1 for workshop
1 or 2 for storage and Studio lol

I've seen some but usually they aren't the traditional attached garage in front of the house. Usually they are seperate, behind the home, or located elsewere on the property. Auto buffs and collectors usually...and they have the $$ for the kind of place needed to store them all.

My brother, a car collector, who races his 60's-70's muscle cars lives on several acres and has a 12 car garage with a large workshop/bay inside for working on his 'rides'. His actual house has a 4 car garage attached to it. I always think ... "pull those dang cars outta there and we got us a skating rink"!!!

Me and my hubby always joke that we would LOVE a tiny, one bedroom house with an attached 6+ car garage

Although..that one is pretty hideous. No character whatsoever.

Only if you're one of those idiots who buys something on credit that you'll never in a million years be able to afford.
