Ugg. I'm not sure how to feel about this all. I didn't like Meg but....Brown? I was around last time and it wasn't pretty. Are there no good up and coming politicians anywhere anymore? We seem to just rehash everyone or someone buys their way in.

McClintock would be the most fiscally responsible governor, but he doesn't stand a chance in most of CA.

McClintock tells people they can't have everything for free and they don't want to hear that.

Sad face. Cali is full of people who think that they are holier than thou. Perhaps they would feel more comfy living in Kansas or Texas where everyone walks around with a stick up their arse. People gonna smoke anyway. No matter what you all think.

Not sure it's that simple. My older sister (a staunch Liberal Dem) voted AGAINST Prop. 19 b/c she's a mother with young kids. The thought of her kids growing into teens with pot a legal drug concerned her. Yes...all those reefer madness propoganda films cut deep.

I perosonally voted in favor....but I am single, no kids.

CNN broke down the vote showing that women favored Brown over Whitman 56% to 40% and Latinos favored Brown 66% to 34%. All the money Whitman spent wooing Latinos was a total waste.
