It depends if we are the ones who wrote and put these laws in place, I didn't so I'm not crazy.

Yes, and people in this state wonder why the rest of the world calls us the "land of the fruits and nuts." Then all of you will complain, when the police (and other government agencies) enforce the laws YOU wanted and YOU agreed too. See it and hear it everyday.

Ca is quite the over-lawed, over-nanny, over-regulated & over-taxed state. Thats what we get when we have the worse legislature in ca history. I wonder how the legislature & govenor would act if they were stranded on a desert island like gilligans island or the strange island in lost. Most politicians become politicians for the power (like alot of cops, judges, etc). They would be totally powerless on the island & browns money wouldnt buy him a pack of gum.

WITHOUT A WARRANT! Think about the implications of this ruling! The court also ruled that this ruling is not specific to the case in front of the court, but is now the rule. Do you hear that sucking noise? Thats your 4th Amendment going straight down the drain!
Some people dont care about their constitutional rights but i do. The state & police want to turn ca into 1984 (read the book or watch the movie). Its scary.

If the politicians had their way life would be like that. Lets hope it never happens & people dont continue to put trash into office. Wishful thinking.
