This is pathetic. The kids are only 8 yrs old (2nd grade).
The teacher in oakland has gotta be a sicko to let this happen + watch it.

What difference does it make whether Californians see it or not? Are rocket launches generally posted on the Florida forum? No, they are posted on the science forum.
It's a crime that just happened to have taken place in California. California is irrelevant (unless you think California or Californians make this crime unique).
