Don't think it'll happen, but Brown could get away with this and not be as hated as Christie, Walker, Kasich, Snyder, Scott, etc. by the population (as opposed to the political class). Cuomo's going after the public employee unions in NY and not getting much crap for it. The (D) after the name makes a difference. As in: only Nixon could go to China, so only a Dem can tame the public employee unions....
