You must be REALLY bored in Missouri to constantly post threads bashing California lol. Did California break your heart and now you're trying to get even?

...so goes the saying, "if i can't have her, no one can"

You know not whereof you speak. But that's OK. Ignorance can be fixed. Only stupid is forever.

Not bashes. Concerns. Big difference that obviously escapes you.

LOL ! I sometimes wonder that myself. Jobs and spouses with jobs. Here in the boonies wages are horribly low. But my two sons have "escaped" to the midwest and are doing just fine. The hermanos are keeping the California presence real.

Obviously you haven't been emailing them enough stories about how horrible California really is.

California, in and of itself, is marvelous. It's just its governance that sucks. I know and worked with the players. What a disappointment. But never have I encouraged the children to leave. They're all adults and that decision is strictly up to them. Work-wise there's nothing here for them. It's a different story in retirement.

I know. Silly me.

Well as long as you know it's tilting at windmills, go for it.

May I suggest a blogspot page where you might get a broader audience?

Hey, they have Jerry Brown again, y'know. . . he's gonna fix the whole California mess! I remember how he contributed to that mess clear back in the 70's, and now he catered to a new generation to start over. Whoopie!

The Golden State needs another Earl Warren, someone that isn't particularly interested in popularity contests. But getting another one like him . . . I think we'd more likely see John Lennon and George Harrison arise from the dead for a Beatles reunion!
