Utility gas vs Propane in Bear Valley Springs, Stallion Springs, or Tehachapi?

Not much difference other than delivery for natural gas or propane. Heaters, gas dryers, ovens and ranges will have to be jetted for one or the other. I have found natural gas to be more reasonable on the budget.
