I agree ... but not for the same reason as you ... it is only a discussion because folks relish the opportunity to use any subject possible to heap abusive innuendo on illegals and Mexicans in general. Enjoy abusive innuendo? Heap it on investment bankers. A heinous bunch if ever there was. Can't trust any of 'em as far as you could throw an elephant. Why I'll bet there are scobs of them that drive without licenses! That's the way they do business so it only stands to reason.
Illegals would be willing to be investment bankers and hedge fund managers and do those jobs for far less of a salary than the people who hold those jobs now.
Thus value would be created and businesses would save money. And if anything there'd be a better class of people doing those jobs.

More success for my "Hate an Investment Banker" project!
Thanks!

The California boards have been defiled enough by a Hugely Stupid Wanker (get the initials) who views investment bankers and hedge fund managers as gods (and writes about places he has zero familiarity with).
Let's face it, by hoarding large amounts of cash instead of spending it to hire people they are not job creators. Would those who complain about our immigration problems (which I do not deny are real) relating to Mexico instead complain about how the highly monied in our state and country are starting to behave exactly like the highly monied in Mexico.

How about if there are two problems you call them out as two problems and not try to tell someone to take attention off 1 and focus it on another .. That's called mis-direction and generally causes the other problem to still persist.
In general, this is how investing works :
-> No one gives a sh*t or says sh*t when the money is pouring in and they are getting 10% returns a year.. Wallstreet is praised
-> The minute people are reminded of what risks are .. and they loose 10% a year .. all of a sudden wallstreet are devils
No one forces anyone to put their money in the hands of wallstreet.. yet so many do..Gee I wonder why?
Markets will go up 20% .. fall 30% .. if you can't deal w/ that you have no business putting a cent in markets.
If you don't do your due diligence and understand investing/markets for yourself and get duked by some frat boy business grad, it sucks for you but you also had a part in it..
There are people all the time who point out the fraud, the risk, the potential for disaster but no one in society listens to them and even tell them to **** when good times are rolling... They call you a doomsdayer.. party slayer and what have you .. Then when shtf everyone wants to look around dumb founded and point fingers all over the place...
The warning signs were plastered all over the walls and people ignored them.. wallstreet and mainstreet.. Parties over, no quit your
Illegal immigration is a problem and it serves no purpose trying to misdirect attention away from it to wallstreet.. Last time I checked you can declare two things as problems and solve them .. its called multitasking...
The reason this country is in the sh*t its in is because everyone wants to misdirect and redirect attention to one problem they feel personally is most important .. STOP .. Identify multiple problems.. solve multiple problems.. FFs, stop trying to negate one problem w/ another. That's why you're screwed now dummies.

Another lesson for all the "stupid people" by the fantastic whiz-kid ... No, Sigmund Whiz, we are not "mis-directing", but thanks for your concern ... what we are doing is "Prioritizing" and pointing out hypocrisy and bigotry. The inertia of this thread went straight to vilifying illegals (again) ... and some of us are sick of it. The point of "redirecting" at Wall St. is to provide a humorous example of how a class of economically disadvantaged people who are mostly doing work that most Americans won't, who are doing work that brings food to your tables, work without which the Calif. agricultural economy would collapse, are constantly being blamed (in a bigoted manner) for a large segment of America's problems -- all while another class of "respected and admired" opportunists have taken, and continue to take, a fat portion of that food off many peoples' tables before they even get to eat it (because many now can't afford it) through the act of creating and marketing fraudulent financial mystery products. And these financial "illegals" are getting a pass and reward treatment right at the top for the destructiveness they have wrought while the lowly laborers are lashed.

And last I checked you can prioritize problems and treat them respectively, each according to the damage they cause, or don't cause. You know, like battlefield triage ... critical, bleeding-out first -- broken pinkies later ... whoooops, actually, you don't know about any of that, do you?

Again, it is people who blame illegals for their problems who are doing the "misdirecting" and "negating" the real problem by substituting jingoist-racist issues.

Since you are a whizkid on all things wallstreet why don't you enlighten me as to how they are a priority of the nation's resources right now and explain to me how your blanket spitting of vitriol and distaste for something you haven't the slightest clue of how it functions translates in an outcome that's best for the nation.. Because from my reading of your posts, you seem to think you can roll into wallstreet with guns a blazing shooting any and everyone and somehow you think the U.S/world will be a better place.. Quite the contrary .. You are more than likely to throw the world in a great depression by doing so and hurt mainstreet the most... As they are least equipped to deal w/ the fallout from your ignorant witch hunt...
You and most people in mainstreet haven't the slightest clue of the 'real' damage wallstreet has caused nor are you aware of the real consequences it is protecting you from.. With one hand you collect the many benefits of their work and w/ the other you would love to smite them for it...
Illegal is illegal .. don't sit here ranting about wallstreet (which you know nothing about) ! You're full of misinformed and misdirected hate .. Even me, a person from a family of nothing.. A hard working-class educated minority who came from nothing (did all the yard work and labor you are soo proud your amazing kids do) who happens to invest on the side.. you sit here and try to make me out to be some silver spoon fed wallstreet rich devil .. Grow up man, not everyone is evil who decides to invest in their future ... You by many ways do the same and benefit directly from it as do most in main-street .. As for illegals .. ILLEGAL IS STILL ILLEGAL regardless of all this wallstreet garbage you keep ranting about. Just about every race is represented in stating this and wanting washington to do something about it yet you sit here and claim racism.. B**** please!
Ca has the #1 most dysfuctional legislature in the nation. If brownie signs this lame bill & dream act 2 then the illegals will flood into ca big time. They are already guaranteed FREE health care & a education (K-12 grade). At least for now they cant take my job (such as it is) but im sure they will find a way. The activists & dirty politicians who support these criminals should be ****.

Au contraire ... I do not think for one second that I, or anyone including Tim Geithner and company, could "roll into Wall St with guns a blazing" and emerge with America in a better place ... it would, as you say in this case, throw us into a depression worse than ever seen. In fact, I am quite sure that the reason Obama has been dealing with the economy and Wall Street as he has, and has been vilified himself for it by his former supporters, is he knows better than to go after these guys -- particularly at this time ... the psycho-sociopathic personalities I identify particularly with Wall St. flat out OWN the turf of the world ... and always have ... and will always continue to ... not a doubt in my mind since man turned from hunting-gathering to agriculture.
And none of that alters in the slightest my opinion of them and what they do ... they stink like the rotten fish they are ... they always have ... and always will ... and there is no getting rid of them or the smell.
As for your "With one hand you collect the many benefits of their work and w/ the other you would love to smite them for it..." -- this is exactly my point about this thread and vilifying illegals, Sigmund. Funny you should write that in defense of the real rotten fish.
And as for "the yard work and labor you are soo proud your amazing kids do" ... you are really too much to take seriously ... you haven't done a fraction of the yard work I or my kids have ... you haven't been around long enough ... your pride at hard labor is hilarious ... you cut lawns for a few summers? I've taken care of a home for well over 50 years if you include my own lawn-cutting days as a kid ... most everyone has a lemonade stand or newspaper delivery route or lawn cutting stint as a kid ... do you really think that qualifies you as having "labored"? Three of my four kids are in building trades, including one who alternates landscaping with masonry work. They have each done more real work in any one year (they are all your age and older) than you have in your entire life, kid. You are apparently about 27, right? With four years of college, that's 23 years, minus the 17 or 18 you spent in childhood and lower schooling, leaves you about 4 - 5 years in the workforce (if you call what you do work -- I don't) -- except for summer work and after school work as a young teen and college kid ... But oh wait, you also claim to have traveled the world extensively ... plus you brag about how your "work" is trading in financial products, right? Currency trades or such? Where's the time to have all the callouses you speak of having earned?
