I think we should give them Section 8 housing, food stamps, medical care, and make their children eligible for Cal Grants.

As I said, a good photo solves a lot of society's problems ... attention to detail (Nehru collar, for example) shows both concern and class ...

KC6 has added some important added benefits that would really wrap up the dilemma and make waste of meat a non-starter.
