Default Sebastopol?!

For some reason rents appear to be more affordable here in this region than nearby cities. What's so bad about living there? What's good about living there?

Perhaps it's because it's so small, relatively few good paying jobs, and not really a whole lot to do there?

We used to visit the area a couple times a year. I like going there to pick apples and visit the California Cider Company's pub. For the most part though the trips were just drives in the country type affairs.

I think Sebastopol is a great town, we lived in SR for many years and went there at least a few times a week plus my wife used to work at the Safeway there. One of the best Mexican restaraunts I've ever eaten in is in that town. Unless something dramatic has happened I would not hesitate to live there if I had the chance....

Plus you have Bodega Bay near by. We were looking at Bodega Bay to buy an ocean view home. If we did move to BB, we would of done pretty much all of our shopping in Sebastopol. I love how Sebastapol is so environmentally green. Even their police cars are hybrid.
