I had Valley Fever.......wow, sick as a dog for a long time.....fatigue, excessive night sweats, breathing problems and a general unwell feeling.

I caught it in Tucson, it is really common in many parts of the Southwest, especially Arizona.

If you work in an area with a lot of dirt, or you are around dry, dusty areas that have had VF outbreaks you are at a higher risk of catching it.

Honestly don't think its much of an issue save for a few individuals.

Depends on where you live.........in some areas of the Southwest it is a very big problem.
