Im planning to move with my girlfriend to california but we doesnt know too much about this state. We are from puerto rico. We are both very interest in the marihuana medicinal business but i dont know too much about this. Can anyone tell me how this work?

the feds are pretty much ignoring latin kings but they are really coming down hard on pot shops. that is because pot shops are legal reasonably priced competition for the drug cartels.
and latin kings own the streets and dont like that.
