They have sold only 3900 Volts in the first 9 months of 2011 (only 723 in Sept alone), so don't expect to see one anytime soon.

This ^.. this does nothing but fatten the pockets of the wealthy like most subsidies do .. Meanwhile Calif. can't find funding for edu but it can give 1st time home buyer credits out to people buying million dollar homes.. and it can give out thousands to people who would buy these vehicles w/o subsidies that don't need it.
