Suffer what consequences? The whining of some brat college kids?

What do these pathetic protests achieve? Nothing.

I love how the article starts out with serious protests in other countries and then focuses on the brats at UCD. Yes, I'm sure the silence was so deafening.....how will the authorities ever manage?

The hikes will be implemented and the brats should have spent their time studying....err...this is a public university so partying.

Yeah? Like the opportunity to get out of those parochial uniforms and be individuals?

Do you think the issues of the usurpation of the American economy by a self-appointed neo-feudal sub-culture royalty are less significant than the protests in other countries?

It has been my contention that Conservatives would have supported the British Government against the protests of the American patriots.

The modern American Tea Party people would have opposed the actual Tea Party.

Conservatives of the day supported King George and the British government over the Americans.

Nothing has changed.

The Conservatives, like my parents justified the Birmingham police setting German Shepherds upon the marching civil rights protestors, they justified the hosing down of the demonstrators by the fire department. The Civil Rights protestors, and Martin Luther King were of course, Commies.

Nothing has changed.
