Default Some C-D post stereotyping

I want to live near the beach
I want a safe, low-crime neighborhood
I'd like good schools for my kids
I don't want to pay over 600 a month for a SFR
I'm bringing three Great Danes, will that cause a problem?

Any others? I know I'm missing some.

I would add to the above, "safe, low-crime, near the beach, and affordable."

no humidity, not too dry, not too hot, not too cold, don't like rain or fog or snow, close to a city but don't want crime or homeless or too much traffic (or too many mexicans and liberals), close to the ocean but affordable and where there aren't any earthquakes.
