I'm curious about the definition of "crowded housing." How many people in a certain number of square feet is considered crowded?

It's more than 1 person per room, excluding bathrooms. California has the highest rate in the country, and it's particularly bad in parts of the Central Valley, LA County, and Orange County. This is why the Bay Area and Sac areas have lower COVID incidence right now than those places.

It makes complete sense. Newsom closed everything down so everyone is living and socializing in groups in homes. Of course nobody in Sacramento will ever admit this

I wouldn't be surprised if this caused more COVID spread than all the businesses they shut down. Yeah lets put all these service workers out of a job and let them sit at a overcrowded home all day.....

They're not sitting at home. They're hanging out with other out-of-work people all day, THEN going back to their overcrowded domiciles.

I would bet that these people are still working, getting sick at work, and bringing it home.

Texas and Florida are starting to jump. It's just a matter of how many boomers each state is willing to throw into the fire to keep their economy rolling.
