Stockon is bad. I went there to check out that nice, private college? for my sister and there were lots of gangsters at In and Out. I looked at that, and told her and my Dad no way.

At least Oakland is close to San Francisco. Are the other crappy cities really close to a nice city?

Default Should have asked which has the most TWEEKERS

You should have asked "Which California city has the most TWEEKERS per capita.

Answer: Sacramento (crapamento) California.

And.. for such a small town... Stockton California is MOSTLY ghetto.
And pretty bad to be out at night sometimes.

Hit it on the Nose.

ps. San Bernardino was so bad, because all the meth labs were in the Inland Empire.
I think they still are, mostly.

Been all over California and walked around all the major cities(except for Fresno). The city that made me feel the most uncomfortable was actually the small town of East Palo Alto. Technically, Oakland is the most dangerous city in California in terms of crime, notably its alarming rate of robbery(35% higher than any other city in America). But in terms of where I felt the most uncomfortable, just driving in my car at night, it was East Palo Alto. I foolishly got a little lost around the IKEA, and wanted to get the heck out of that town real quick.

Although an unincorporated small town of all about 3,000 people- North Richmond can also be very intimidating. Gangs everywhere, drug dealers and gang members standing in the middle of the streets, lots of homeless and crackheads.
