Finally, a law that makes sense. Of course, every one's brat is entitled to create hazard on the beaches by digging and people should deal with things thrown at them on overcrowded beaches. By own land, and do what ya want on it. Welcome to the results of over-population.
Oh noes... I heard they also banned taking a dump on the beaches' sand, like in India.... this just can't be, a human rights violation, obviously.

I realize it might seem out of line for an outsider to say this, but California has an overwhelming amount of STUPID, RIDICULOUS laws. Everything from banning cell phones while driving to gun restrictions to banning football & frisbee throwing at beaches. Give me a break! California is such a beautiful state with lots of things to see & do ... so why does your state have so many meddling laws that restrict tourism & business???
